Tim Corcoran – His New York Mets Career 1986

Tim CocoranTim Corcoran, an eight-year veteran, was signed by the Mets as a free agent on March 4, 1986.  He spent the majority of the season playing in the minors but did manage to appear in six games for the Mets, he started one game at first base and served as a pinch hitter in the rest.  While with the Mets he failed to get a hit in seven at bats. 

The Mets released him on June 9 ending his career.

Tim Corcoran also played for the following teams:
Detroit Tigers – 1977-1980
Minnesota Twins – 1981
Philadelphia Phillies – 1983-1985
